Mr. Rauls is an experienced litigator who primarily represents employees who have been unfairly denied their full pay. Some common problems he has resolved include minimum wage violations, unpaid overtime, unpaid travel time and off-the-clock work. His cases range from single-plaintiff lawsuits to collective actions involving hundreds of people employed by major corporations. Mr. Rauls is licensed to practice in all Arkansas courts and in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and he has represented clients in courts in Texas, Louisiana and Tennessee.

As a law student, he competed in the Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court competition at the American University Washington School of Law and served as a judicial extern in the chambers of Justice Robert Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court. His publications include student work on guardianship law in the UALR Law Review and an article on litigating claims for property damage from gas drilling in the Journal of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers’ Association.
