Overview

EKSM has filed a new class action lawsuit alleging that NVIDIA secretly bypassed YouTube’s security systems to download, copy, and use millions of creators’ videos—without permission—to train its commercial AI model “Cosmos.”

Our complaint, on behalf of several major YouTube creators’, claims copyrighted content was scraped at massive scale, including millions of clips taken directly from channels like yours.

If your videos appeared in datasets such as HD-VG-130M, HDVILA-100M, or HowTo100M, your work may have been used to build a multibillion-dollar AI product without your consent, credit, or compensation.

If you uploaded original videos to YouTube, you may qualify to join the lawsuit and seek statutory damages for the unauthorized scraping and use of your content. To check if you’re eligible — complete the short form below.
