Josh Sanford is a lawyer who continues to build and grow businesses.  He started his first law firm, Sanford Law Firm, when he had only been a lawyer for a few months, back in 2001.  He eventually grew SLF into the nation’s largest wage and hour practice.  In 2023, he started a second law firm with YouTube celebrity lawyer Devin Stone called Eagle Team, LLP.  In 2024, he co-founded EKSM with his friends from Houston with the mission of quickly growing the firm into the largest consumer class action firm in the country, with a focus on data breach cases.  And the early returns are staggering.  EKSM has filed hundreds of data breach class actions and has become a leader in the space.  Josh has tried countless cases to judges and juries around the country.  In 2025 he started a fourth law firm with a focus on referrals and making sure that clients always end up with the best lawyer possible for their case.  In 2022, Josh started a software company, Lexamica, with his co-founder Gabriel Stiritz, and now that software is used by thousands of lawyers every week.

In addition to all of those ventures, Josh followed the lead of EKSM co-founder Tommy Kherkher and started a YouTube channel.  You can watch him @AmericasAttorney twice weekly.  But he still manages to play lots of golf, lift weights and lift the spirits of everyone around him with his seemingly endless supply of dad jokes.
